UNDER ARMOUR PREMIER TRAINING

Giving young athletes the competitive edge! Led by Coach Dunham, one of the most decorated track coaches in the country, the team of certified coaches balance intensity and fun, ensuring skill development and acquisition during each session. Must register by June 4th to be eligible to receive Under Armour gift.

In partnership with Under Armour, our Premier Training programs are for dedicated and experienced youth athletes, ages 8 – 18, who seek to develop skills and excel in their primary sport(s). Each session is designed to focus on speed, agility, conditioning and coordination–the critical components for athleticism that can create a competitive edge.  Using agility ladders, parachutes, resistance bands, hills, plyometrics, and more, your child will receive sophisticated and scientifically based training.  This style of training is highly encouraged for serious student-athletes who play sports on the field or on the court.

Student-athletes who play the following sports can benefit from this training: soccer, softball, baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, ultimate frisbee, field hockey, lacrosse, rugby, wrestling, track and field, and cross country.

(Note: All Kids Elite Alum are welcome to join, including post-high school students).
